INGREDIENTS
¾ cup warm water1 ¼ teaspoon active dry yeast¼ cup sugar1 egg½ teaspoon salt½ cup milk2 tablespoon melted butter3 ½ cups flour
METHOD
Combine water and sugar in a bowl, add yeast and set aside. Blend the egg, milk, salt and butter together, add the water/sugar mixture. Add flour in two batches. Knead the dough, form a ball, and place in an oiled bowl. Cover and place in a warm place to rise. After a few hours roll and cut. Deep fry until golden. Make a hole and nozzle about ½ teaspoon nutella in each (u can fill with anything, custard, jam etc.). Dust with icing sugar and serve :)
