INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour3 cups all bran flakes4 teaspoon baking powderPinch salt1 egg1 cup sugar250g margarine melted1 cup sour milk
METHOD
Mix everything together in baking machinePat in 2 loaf tins (one narrow one & 1 broad one)Bake @ 180 for 1 hour Remove from tins & leave. Cut in to slices the next day & return 2 oven & bake on 150, turning in between.
INFO & TIPS
When making again omit the all bran add 4 tsp aniseed.
This will be like the ouma rusks we buy in shops.
