INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sugar1 packet instant yeast1 cup water 1 cup milk
METHOD
Combine dry ingredients in a dish..warm milk and water together until lukewarm..add just enough to form a soft dough...knead..allow to rise..knock down,roll on a floured surface..not too thin or too thick..cut with a flower cutter..place on greased tray...brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with parsley..allow to rise well,bake in a preheated oven on 180 until brownish and done..when cool cut and fill with filling of choice..add salad just before serving...
