INGREDIENTS
6 tablespoon softenened Butter or Marg5g instant yeast mixed with ¼ cup Warm water and 2 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups flour1 cup milk & water mixed together to form soft dough.
METHOD
Cover and leave for ½ hour to rise .... Prepare Filling of choice Steak / chicken or samoosa mince/ sausages or viannas ..... Roll dough , cut into triangular shape , roll up into mini savoury rolls .... Brush with beaten egg andBake @180 •c until done ....
