INGREDIENTS
1 kg dried fruit. 750 ml vinegar.( White ) 10 ml salt. 100 ml sugar. 20 ml chillie powder. 20 ml crushed chillies
METHOD
Slice dried fruit in halves. Make syrup by boiling sugar and vinegar. Add the dried fruit, chillie powder,crushed chillies and salt to syrup. Cool and put in air tight container
INFO & TIPS
U can add more chillie powder and chillies if u want it can be eaten immediately
