Ombre Cake

INGREDIENTS

Good vanilla cake recipe
Fresh cream
Food colour

METHOD

Divide. Cake batter in three equal bowls
Leave one mix white
Second add purple color
Third darker purple
Bake all three in same size pans
Bee at fresh cream
Divide in two
Colour both with food colour
I used dark and light purple
Once cakes are cooked layer each cake together
Sandwich each cake with little fresh cream
Decorate cake with roses
