INGREDIENTS
125g butter
¼ cup castor sugar
Beat till creamy
Then add
1 egg
½ cup milk
3 teaspoon baking powder
Flour as required 4 a soft dough
Divide dough into 8 balls
Roll out to size of a saucer
FILLING
30g butter
¼ cup castor sugar
Cream well add
¾ cup coconut
½ teaspoon vanilla
Colouring of choice
METHOD
Spread filling onto 4 rotis,cover with other 4 rotis..
Cut like crossiants..bake at 180..dust with icing sugar when cool.
