INGREDIENTS
125 g butter½ cup sugar 1 large egg 1 ½ cups desiccated coconut 4 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon vanilla essence2 teaspoon baking powder 1 ½ cups cake flour
Decorations:100's &1000's sweets.
METHOD
1.preheat oven at 180 degrees.2.beat the butter and sugar together.3.Add in the egg,coconut,oil,vanilla essence and mix well.4.add in the dry ingredients and form a soft dough.5.Roll the dough +-1 cm thick ,scrape with a fork and cut out shapes as desired.6.sprinkle 100's and 1000's sweets.7.bake at 170 degrees for +-15 minutes till lightly coloured and crispy.
