RECIPE
                      250g sugar250g klim milk powder500g dessicated coconut 1 small tin nestle creamSmall tin condensed milk ¾ cup waterPink rose colouring125g butterPinch elachee powderRose pink petals
1 MixtureIn  bowl mix coconut ,elachee and klim milk powder followed by condensed milk and nestle cream.
 2. Sugar Syrup Boil sugar and water to make a thick syrup.Add butter and pink rose colouring to syrup.Add the coconut mixture to the hot sugar mixture set aside for a while before setting in a baking tray.
3. Decorate as desired.     Presentation scatter fresh rose      Pink petals around setting.
