INGREDIENTS
2 cups desiccated coconut2 cups icing sugar1 tin condensed milk1 slab lindt 78% cocoa dark chocolateSprinkles of choice
METHOD
1. Mix coconut and icing sugar.2. Heat chocolate in microwave at 30 second intervals till melted. Do not burn it.3. Add condensed milk and melted chocolate into coconut and sugar. 4. Roll into balls and then roll into sprinkles.5. Place in a mini paper/foil cup. Store in airtight container.
