Cream together butter and sugar till light and creamy. Add in 1 egg at a time beating well.Sift in flour and cocoa powder mix on low till combined now add in milk and beat on high for 30 seconds.Pour the batter to greased and floured tray or greased and lined tray.Bake @ 180c for 40 - 44 minutes Icing Melt the chocolate. When the chocolate is melted dd the condensed milk and mix till well combined. Pour thr icing when the cake is cooled.

If so bake only for 20 - 24 minutes.
