¼ pound butter
3 eggs
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 ½ cup flour
¾ cup milk
3 teaspoon Baking powder
Method:
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, flour and milk all at once into kenwood bowl- Beat on high for 7 minutes, lastly add Baking powder and mix on high for 1 minutes.. Place in greased cup cake pan.bake at 180 for ±15 minutes...
1 tub fresh cream or 1 packet whipping cream,which ever u prefer..beat with 2 tablespoon icing sugar till almost stiff,then add ½ - ¾ tin caramel treat,beat till stiff..
Spread on sides of cake,dip sides(only) in coconut,place cupcakes upside down....fill caramel cream in a piping bag,pipe round starting at the edge and come to the middle..
Make a ganache :
1 slab plain chocolate
±6 tablespoon nestle cream
Melt chocolate,add nestle cream until a smooth,drippy ganache is formed..place a spoonful of ganache on top of piped cream...top with a slice of bar one,a rolo,a slice of wafer biscuit,an almond and a dusting of edible glitter...
