1kg baby potatoes
1 large green pepper diced
Boil potatoes in salt water until tender..
Skewer together with green pepper...
2 cups milk.
2 tablespoon butter.
2 tablespoon cornflour.
Half tub sour cream or cottage cheese.
4 teaspoon mushroom soup powder.
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice). 1 teaspoon dried parsley. Quater teaspoon garlic flakes. Quater teaspoon pepper. Half cup grated cheese. Dissolve soup powder and cornflour in 1 of the cups milk.then whisk ingredients except cheese together..place in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens into a sauce..stir in cheese until it melts...serve with potatoes
