¾ cup icing sugar
½ cup self raising flour
½ cup maizena (corn flour)
½ cup finely chopped almonds
Flour as required 2 make a soft dough....
Cream butter and I.sugar..add rest of ingre..roll dough and cut out with mini doughnut cutter..place on greased tray and insert skewer in..bake at 180 until golden and done..when cool dip in melted white choc and sprinkle with 100s 1000s
