INGREDIENTS
500g hake or kingklip
125g butter
25ml (2tblspoons) lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon chopd parsley
METHOD
Melt butter and mix in spices and lemon juice, when cool add parsley.
Marinate fish in above and leave aside for atleast an hour.
Heat tava or fryin pan and gently cook fish on both sides spooning sauce over til done.
Serve fish with butter sauce: 60g meltd butter, 2tbs lemon juice, a little salt.
