INGREDIENTS
250g butter, 1 cup icing sugar, 1 cup cornflour, 2 cups flour or more, vanilla essence, cocoa powder as required.
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add flour and cornflour and mix together. Add more flour if the dough is sticky. Divide dough into half. Add cocoa to one half and leave the other plain. Make two balls from the cocoa mixture and leave the other two plain. Roll into long shapes and place alternate colours next to each other and press slightly. Cut into 6mm slices. Put in greased baking tray and bake.
