INGREDIENTS
250g butter1 cup icing sugar½ cup oil1 cup cup maziena5-6 tablespoon ricoffy ( I put 2 tablespoon Nescafe gold)½ cup finely chopped Peacan or almondsApproximately 2 - 3 cups flour
METHOD
Cream butter and sugarAdd oil and mazienaBeat again wellAdd rest of ingredients to make doughRoll out dough, cut using desired shape cutterPlace an almond in biscuits before baking ( I put Pecan on some)Bake on 170 deg for 10 minutesOnce baked and slightly cooled roll in castor sugarDip one side in melted chocolate
