2 litres milk
5 cups dhodi (grated or minced)
Cook milk with dhodi until dhodi dries up...
Braise ½ cup soji (semolina) in ghee (Clarified butter)
Add dhodi and add
1 tin nestle cream
1 tin condensed milk
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)
¼ cup ground almonds
Few drops green colour
Cook on low heat until mixture is no longer sticky..
