Butternut Halwa
2 Small Butternut grated
2 Medium Carrots grated
1 Cup ghee (Clarified butter)
3 Cinnamon Sticks
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) Powder
2tbl sp Sojee (semolina flour)
1nd Half Litre ‘s Fresh Milk
1 cup Klim Powder
Pinch of Saffron
METHOD
Method
Braise all the above ingredients -5mins then add 1nd half litre’s milk ,add1cup klim powder mixed in little milk. Boil all together on low heat for a further 10-15
minutes,Remove from stove add about 5tbl spoons of condensed milk or as sweet as desire. Serve with rough coconut .enjoy
