First Line a casserole with jiffyfoilGrease with ghee (Clarified butter) Sprinkle chopped Almonds Pecans Cashew nuts etcAnd a Sprinkle of crushed Elachi (cardomom) Keep this aside Now Mix 1 cup Mazina with 1 Cup Water till smooth Set aside Now In a Seperate potAdd 1 & ½ cups SugarWith 2 Cups water Let it boil Add the Mazina water Mix and stir in gradually to avoid lumps Keep stirring using a beater or whisk DO NOT LEAVE THE STIRRING now Add any Robertsons Food Colour of your choice Add 1 full tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Add almonds pecans Keep on stirringAdd again 1 full tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Add saffron and Crushed Elachi (cardomom) powderNow keep stirring Add again 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Stir until it moves away from the edges like a soft lump and it looks glossyTransfer into your lined casserole that has the almonds etc Smoothen the HalwaGarnish the top a bit with Cashews Almonds Pecans etc Let it set for about an +- 1 to 2 hours Now turn it over On to a tray The Elachi (cardomom) Almonds all will be the garnish that's has been set in the Halwo Cut into blocks or shapes if you preferEnjoy 😋
