Prawns in their shells, 2 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 teaspoon suger, 1 tablespoon crshed garlic, 1 teaspoon cornflour, 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon crushed ginger, Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 tablespoon peri-peri sauce
Mix all d ingrdients in a bowl and marinate 4 one hour. Heat wok with oil. Stir fry till golden brown.
SAUCE: 1 teaspoon crushed garlic,3 tablespoon tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon Mrs ball chutney, 1 teaspoon vinegar and 3 tablespoon mayonnaise. Heat oil add garlic & rest of ingredients. Stir constantly. Pour over prawns.
