Prawns in their shells, 2tblsp soya sauce, 1 teaspoon suger, 1tblsp crshed garlic, 1 teaspoon cornflour, 2tblsp mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon blck pepper, 1 teaspoon crushed ginger, Aromat (a South African Spice) and 1tblsp peri-peri sauce
Mix all d ingrdients in a bowl and marinate 4 one hour. Heat wok with oil. Stir fry till glden brwn. SAUCE: 1 teaspoon crushed garlic,3tblsp tomatoe sauce, 2tblsp Mrs ball chutney, 1 teaspoon viniger and 3tblsp mayonnaise. Heat oil add garlic & rst of ingredients. Stir constantly. Pour over prawns.
