1 bottle nandos hot peri peri marinade
Half a kg of chicken fillets
Use about a quarter of the bottle of marinade to marinate washed and cleaned fillets. I cut fillet thinner in half.
Allow to marinate for a few hours.
Melt garlic butter in a pan, once hot add fillets and keep turning till cooked through. Turn stove onto high and shake the pan every few minites till the fillets have browned!
Spoon out extra marinade ontop of fillets and serve with chips or a salad.
