INGREDIENTS

½ kg chicken steak
1 tablespoon each ginger/garlic paste
½ cup yogurt
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup tomato grinded
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) leaves
½ cup heavy cream
Salt to taste
A pinch of saffron
½ cup grated onions
1 tablespoon whole garam masala
½ teaspoon chili pwder or to taste
½ teaspoon jeera pwder
¼ teaspoon haldi
¼ raw cashewnut grinded with I cup water
Dania leaves for garnish
METHOD
Marinate the whole chicken steak in half of garlic ginger paste, yogurt, salt and saffron for 2 hrs. Heat butter add the whole garam masala fry for 2 mnts then add the Methi (Fenugreek) leaves fry for a while then add the grated onions and fry til translucent then add the remainig ginger garlic paste followed by grinded tomato and tomato paste and litle water cook for while then add the chili, haldi and jeera pwder and cook covered on slow. In the meantime grill the chicken on both sides each for five mint let it cool cut into cubes and its marination add to tomato mixture add the cashenut paste and cook til the gravy bcomes thick add the cream taste the salt garnish with dania leaves. Switch off the heat and best served with Methi (Fenugreek) paratha.
