INGREDIENTS
Swissroll
1 cup Self Raising Flour
4 Eggs
¾ cup Castor Sugar
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
METHOD
Method
Add all ingredients into a Liquidizer once blended ,line a tray with wax paper and pour batter.Bake at one 180•c, once raised remove frm oven and turn over,spread jam on it and roll,sprinkle castor sugar. It takes only 15mins or less to bake...Njoy
