Gem squash- (quartered)Corn on the cob (cut in 3-4 pieces)Sweet potatoes (sliced)Pumpkin (chunks)Butternut (chunks)SugarSaltPepper Dry origanoghee (Clarified butter)/butter
METHOD
Wash all the veggies and add to yor pot, I don’t really have measurements for the salt, pepper, sugar and origamo, it’s usually by taste, I sprinkle these 4 spices and origano over, shake the pot so all the spices mix nicely over the veggies, add the butter/ghee (Clarified butter) and put the pot to steam on a med heat to get done, Takes usually +- 15-20 minutes or when the veg r soft
