250g butter
1 ½ cups sugar
3 cups flour
4 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
Beat everything together for 5 minutes. Line a cupcake pan with cases. Fill ¾ way bake on 180 deg for 15 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean...
Optional : sprinkle 100&1000 sweet before baking... I left them plain. When cool dust with icing sugar
