INGREDIENTS

large Carrot
1 Apple
1 Radish
1 Small or ½ big Beetroot
1 Celery stalk
1-2 large Spinach Leaves or 8 Baby Spinach Leaves
¼ to ⅛ of a small Cabbage
1cm Ginger root (can be increased according to preference)
½ small bunch of Parsley
A few mint leaves
Optional extra
1 lemon

METHOD

Put all of the above ingredients into a juice maker. You may decant into small bottles and freeze. Use for a instant 'pick me up'.
