RECIPE
Ingredients:
300 g T-bone Steaks
1 tablespoon Red Masala Paste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic,
1 tablespoon Robertson Peri Peri Spice
1 teaspoon Barbecue Spice
3 tablespoon Amina’s Wonder Spice Steak and Chops Marinade
3 tablespoon All Gold Tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon brown vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
ghee (Clarified butter) / Butter
Chopped pepperdew for garnish
Chopped coriander
Method:
Combine all the ingredients together and marinade overnight
Add to a heated pan with ghee (Clarified butter) / butter and about 250 ml water and
allow to cook
Serve when the sauce reduces to the desired consistency
This recipe is also ideal for grilling / braai (bbq)
Garnish with chopped pepperdew & coriander
Serve alongside seasoned chips / wedges with a fresh bowl of garden

Cheesy potatoes
Fry 8 potato wedges till done, and arrange in ovenproof casserole.
In a saucepan:
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon crushd garlic
½ teaspoon green chilli
½ teaspoon green chutney or chopped dhania (coriander) if u don't have chutney
Lemon pepper
Pinch of Crushed black pepper
Pinch of origanum
Robertsons mediterranean veg seasoning
Some olive oil
Braise and remove from heat, then add:
2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
½ cup fresh cream
Pour over potatoes, sprinkle cheese, cover and bake 15mins @ 180 °c
