INGREDIENTS
This is for the pancake..( or u could buy ready made sasko pancake mix). 2 cups milk..2 cups flour..1 cup water..4 eggs..1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)..1 teaspoon sugar..2 teaspoon baking powder..
THEN the chicken u need..chicken fillet (cubed) 1 teaspoon green masala..1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)..salt to taste..little arad (Turmeric)..nice amount green chutney(recipe below)
METHOD
Mix all pancake ingredients after you done with filling..then cube chicken fillet and marinate with above spices then put in pan with little ghee (Clarified butter)..except for the green chutney..when chicken cool add the green chutney an mozarella cheese. (Green chutney ). 750g mayo 1 bottle picaliliy 3 handfull curry leaves 1 teaspoon garlic 6 teaspoon sugar 4 teaspoon salt 6 teaspoon coconut 4 tablespoon tal (sesame seeds) 3 teaspoon mutard powder ½ cup vinegar 8 green chillies . Add to filling NOT all you can see how much u want . 1 cap green colouring must add to sauce liguidize all before adding to chicken. Then place filling middle of thin pancakes.Fold left side over filling then right side half way then other sides.Dip in egg an breadcrumbsFreeze or fry in deep hot oil
