Waffles

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups flour 3 teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon sugar 3 tablespoon melted butter 2 eggs separated 1 cup milk

METHOD

Sift dry ingredients together .Add the sugar , gradually add the milk followed by beaten egg yolks , add butter and lastly beat the egg whites until white and stiff now fold this into the batter .
In your waffle make spray and bake the machine first add batter and allow to cook for until how soft or crispy you prefer .
