INGREDIENTS

2 cups flour
2 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ packet instant yeast
½ cup milk
½ cup boiling water

METHOD

Sift dry ingredients
Combine milk and water.
Add to dry ingredients to make a soft but not sticky dough.
Knead well
Cover and allow to rise
Use as desired
