Chop pumpkin (I usually buy from checkers the ready cubed one )
dhania (coriander) / Jeeru (Cumin)
arad (Turmeric) salt

I heat a little olive oil with whole Jeeru (Cumin) and Methi (Fenugreek) seeds than I add pumpkin mixture .cook little than add green peas.
When pumpkin is done I mke a a vagaar little oil and mustard seeds (Rye (black seed))and curry leaves and pour over pumpkin and it leaves a lovely aroma.
