Prefer baking over cooking any day 😄.
1 cup cubed cooked chicken fillet½ cup salami, cubed (optional).1 cup cheese, grated. ½ green pepper, cubed 1 tomato finely chopped. Olives, pitted (optional). 2 eggs lightly beaten. 5 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon tomato sauce Salt, pepper & ground chillies to taste.
Mix all ingredients well in a large dish. Spoon into patty pans & bake @180° tilll done.Origanum & garlic salt can be sprinkled before baking.
