INGREDIENTS

1 quantity basic pizza dough (2 parts self raising flour to 1 part yogurt) (makes 6 bases depending on size)
1 cup quick pizza sauce
Grated cheese
1 mushroom β sliced in half
Slices of tomatoes
Herbs
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 220C conventional (200C fan-forced). Line 2 rectangular trays with baking paper. Divide pizza dough into balls. Roll out dough and pinch dough into two triangles at the top for ears. Pre-bake base for 8 minutes at 180C.
Spread each face with pizza sauce. Cover each base with cheese.
. Place mushrooms for eyes, tomato for the mouth and nose and sprinkle herbs for the whiskers. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
