Perfect for a quick meal over the weekends.
1⁄2 cup Plain flour
1⁄2 cup Self raising Flour
1 teaspoon Instant Dried Yeast
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Honey
2/3 cup Luke-warm water
1 cup Pasta sauce or any pizza sauce you like (see below for my recipe)
Toppings of your choice
Grease a non-stick pan with Spray and cook.Mix together both flours, yeast, honey, water and pinch salt in a bowl. Toss mix into greased pan and spread dough out until the base of the pan is covered the doough is suppose to be more of a thick batter then a regular dough.Spread the sauce over the dough, taking as close to the edge as possible.Add toppings of your choice.Place the pan over medium heat and cover, with vents closed. Cook for 5 minutes.Open steam vents(0r let the lid is ajar on you pan), reduce heat to medium-low and cook for a further 15 minutes.Use egg flip to remove pizza to chopping board and serve immediately.
** I would suggest that you start loosening one side of pizza once its half cooked.
