INGREDIENTS
Perfect for a quick meal over the weekends.½ cup Plain flour½ cup Self raising Flour1 teaspoon Instant Dried YeastPinch of salt1 teaspoon Honey2/3 cup Luke-warm water1 cup Pasta sauce or any pizza sauce you like (see below for my recipe)Grated CheeseToppings of your choice
METHOD
Grease a non-stick pan with Spray and cook.Mix together both flours, yeast, honey, water and pinch salt in a bowl. Toss mix into greased pan and spread dough out until the base of the pan is covered the dough is suppose to be more of a thick batter then a regular dough.Spread the sauce over the dough, taking as close to the edge as possible.Add toppings of your choice.Place the pan over medium heat and cover, with vents closed. Cook for 5 minutes.Open steam vents(or let the lid is ajar on you pan), reduce heat to medium-low and cook for a further 15 minutes.Use egg flip to remove pizza to chopping board and serve immediately.
I would suggest that you start loosening one side of pizza once its half cooked.

2 tblsp tomato sauce
2 tblsp mustard sauce
2 tblsp chilli sauce or chilli garlic sauce
2 tblsp Steers Peri peri sauce
