In a pot take 2tbls oil warm it add 1 cubed fillet , salt to taste, 1 tablespoon paprika , 1 teaspoon chillie powder, 1 teaspoon garlic , 2 tablespoon soya sauce , 2 tablespoon vinegar 1⁄2 teaspoon chilli garlic flakes ,1 teaspoon chilli sauce,1⁄2 teaspoon mixed herbs. Cook all this for 5-7 minutes
Then add 1⁄2 cup cubed mushrooms, 1 cup colored peppers, 1 small onion cubed , add some sweetcorn if u like. Cook for few minutes. Lastly add 1⁄2 cup tomato sauce. Cook till masala is thick and dry.
Boil 2 cups rice in water adding 1⁄2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) (Turmeric) and salt. Cook until rice completely done.
Assemble Lay the rice in a tray or pyrex. Spread chicken. Masala over. Cover with grated cheese & sprinkle origanum & parsley. Grill til cheese melts. Serve hot with chips & coleslaw.
Note :- add spice & sauces according your taste buds.
INFOI added 1 cubed tomato. I left out paprika & chilli garlic flakes. Used white & yellow cheese. ￼
