Cube 6 large potatoes,
Boil with a pinch of haldi and salt in water till tender
Braise 1 large chopped onion in 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)..add 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin),and 2 cut green chillies and 2 tablespoon mustard seeds and a sprig of curry leaves
Add 1 can creamstyle corn..add ¾ cup fresh cream,cook a little until thickens...then add potato..add some seasonings..remove from stove..once cool,add 2 cups grated cheese..
Ready to fill...
