Peel potatoes cut however u want & boil with salt until done
In a separate pot /pan heat Rai ( mustard seeds) when colour changes add in oil garlic paste Braise the garlic in oil for few minutes then add in Limri (Curry leaves)(curry leaves) 1 small stick powered jeera salt pinch of areas chilli powder as u want paprika powder Vinger/lemon juice mix well. remove pot from stove & add in tomato sauce & 1 or 2 chilli sauces as you want & mix, add in potatoes and put back on stove & cook for 1 minute . Garnish with chopped coriander & serve with roti. Remember me & my family in duas. Enjoy.
