INGREDIENTS
2 cups self rising flour
±½ cup milk
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1/ 2 salt
1 teaspoon mix herbs
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients together. Rub butter into flour resemble bread crumbs. Make a soft dough with milk. Knead well. Leave to rest ± 30 minutes. Break of medium size balls & roll into oval shapes.
Put sauces & fillings of choice. Top with cheese,onion,peppers etc. Bake till done on 180.
