1 Kg Tiger Prawns devained and butterflied 1 Big bulb garlic cleaned and stomped Crushed Green Chillies (to your taste) Juice of Half a Lemon 250g Garlic Butter Salt Fresh cracked black pepper (use a little more than normal)
In a big dish combine salt, pepper, lemon juice garlic and green Chillies. Then add Prawns and ensure the mixture covers the Prawns well. Then layer the Prawns onto an oven tray. Now slice the garlic butter all over the Prawns. Pop in to the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes thereafter Grill for a further 5 minutes.

I simply love this recipe as its simple quick and delicious. Its always a hit. A great trick is to use the left over stock from the oven tray to make a great garlic and lemon butter sauce. All u need is 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoon flour and fresh cream.
Melt butter and braise flour for a few minutes then add stock and cream and simmer for a while. Thereafter u can serve this yummy sauce with ur garlic Prawns.Enjoy
