RECIPE
Options : With or without EggAlso can brush with just plain melted butter and dhania (coriander) without the garlic MethodSift together 4 cups flour1 teaspoon salt Mix together1 packet dry yeast and 2 level teaspoon sugarMix the above togetherThen ½ cup oil1 cup beaten cup yoghurt1 Egg beaten up (can be optional however it gives it a very nice soft texture) Beat the above togetherAdd to the flour Now gradually Add the liquid to make a soft doughby mixing warm water and milk by using (might use a bit less of the liquid ) +- ½ cup Warm Milk and, ½ cup Warm Water Knead few minutes Rub a bit of oil overCover with clothAnd keep in warm place to double in size When done Knead again and Roll out Oval shapes or RoundsAllow to rise againGrill on tawa like you do for rotisWhen done Brush only one side with melted garlic butter and chopped green dhania (coriander) Cover in foil or warm cloth Enjoy
