RECIPE
2 ½ cups cubed chicken fillet
½ teaspoon salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Crushed green chillies to your taste
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon sourmilk
Chicken spice/peri peri spice
Use whatever spices u would like to use and cook chicken till done
Boil 2 finely cubed potatoes with 1 ½ cup mixed vegetables till soft
Mix together with chicken
DOUGH:
1 ½ cup flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
100g butter
½ cup milk
¼ cup water
Add butter to dry ingredients,and process till crumbs...add water and milk to make a soft not sticky dough..use more liquids if required
Divide dough into two..pat one part in a greased oven proof dish
Spread mayonaise ontop of dough,add chicken/veg and ½ cup chopped green pepper
1 small onion cut into rings
1 small tomato sliced (optional)
Cheese (optional)
Roll out the other part of dough and cut into wide strips,arrange ontop of filling..
Brush with egg,sprinkle with thill (sesame seeds) and bake in a hot oven on 180 till light brown..
