Chocolate Oil Cake

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
¾ cup caster sugar
½ cup cocoa
¾ cup hot water
½ oil
1 ¼ cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder

METHOD

Preheat oven on 180 degrees.Bake for 20-25
minutes.Beat eggs and caster sugar for 15 minutes on
high speed in electric mixer.Mix cocoa,hot
water and oil,then add to egg mixture.Sift
together flour and baking powder 3 times,then
add lastly to mixture until well
combined.Once cooled top with fresh cream and
melted chocolate
