1 punnet 250 g whole mushrooms (sliced) 1 onion (sliced) 1 x 250 ml fresh cream ½ cube ground green chillies salt to taste pinch of white pepper handful of green dhania (coriander) ¼ packet white onion soup powder ½ packet mushroom soup powder Milk as required Cooked cubed chicken pieces
Fry mushrooms and onions in a pan till all water is burnt out. Then place fried mushrooms and onions in liquidiser with all the rest of the ingredients and liquidise. Place in pot and bring to boil over medium heat. Add cooked chicken pieces. If too thick can add more milk.
