in a non stick pan roast the coconut , almonds and Soumph (Fennel) until golden in color ( do not burn )
Place this an a large Pyrex flatten it .
In a another non stick add the sugar and on high melt the sugar by swirling the sugar around holding the handle of the pan so in this way sugar gets done evenly and doesn't burn ( do not use a spoon ) immediately add the butter and vinegar give a quick stir with a wooden spoon remove from heat pour this over the roasted ingredients Give it a mix and flatten with a spoon . ( make sure you pour the sauce evenly .
Let it cool and break into pieces
