INGREDIENTS
250g butter¾ cup icing sugar ¼ cup oil1 cup klim1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powderEnough flour to form soft dough
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar,add oil and beat..add klim and 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom),and flour to make soft dough, do not add too much at once, dough gets quickly dry. Roll out and cut out shapes with a cutter or roll round. Put coloured badaam on top. Bake at 160° till pink and decorate as desired or sift icing sugar over and sprinkle edible glitter. Enjoy
