INGREDIENTS
1kg flour
150g sugar
75g baking powder
250g butter not margarine
250ml Milk
250ml yougart
3eggs
METHOD
Method
Crumb together first 4 ingredients in machine 2 form fine bread crumbs.If no machine you can use your hands
Then add liquids secound 3 to form soft dough. Roll out thick cut with scones cutter or cup if cutter isint available brush tops with milk and bake at 180 deg.About 10-15min till tops are brwn.
