INGREDIENTS
3 pieces chicken fillet cubed
Salt to taste
Quater onin cubed
Three quater teaspoon chiilie powder
Quater teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon dhana jeera
2 teaspoon butter chicken marinade
Half teaspoon ginger garlic
1 tomato grated
Coriander finally choped
5 mini peperdew thinly sliced, the perperdew brand
1 and half cup macaroni boiled
Small piece of garlic butter
Normal salted butter to cover surface of the pot
Half cup freshcream
METHOD
add butter,then fry onion till golden brown
Add chicken,ginger garlic, salt and spices,simmer till chicken is half way cooked,then add garlic butter
then add grated tomato and butter chicken spice, you can add extra if you prefer spicy food
Then let it simmer till chicken is cooked, then add fresh cream,peperdew and corianda.
Add pasta into the sauce and mix well
Optional,u can layer it on caserole,sprinkle cheese ontop,then sprinkle some robertsons mixed herbs, put in oven till cheese melts

dont keep it too long in the oven
more spices and freshceam can be added according to taste preference
Dnt add too much salt as the butter chicken marinade contains salt,if short you can always add in the end.
