1 kilo Mince. Choice is urs
2 onions choppd.
Whole Jeera.
3 Whole Green Chillie.
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic.
½ cup Mixd Veg . (Optional) 1 green Pepper choppd in chunks.
4 Tomatoes Liquidised.
2 potatoes.
1 tablespoon Crushed Red Chillie.
1 tablespoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin).
¼ tablespoon arad (Turmeric) ( Tumeric).
1 teaspoon Salt.
Braise Onions with Whole Jeera.
When brown Add in your Ginger Garlic. Then Add Mince. Allow 2 Cook until water burns out. Add in your potatoes ,Mix Veg and Green Peppers. Add Masalas then tomatoes. Cook on low heat until done. Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander). Serve with roti or naan.
