RECIPE
1 onion (cubed/ sliced)1 teaspoon whole jeera seeds1/2 teaspoon Caraway seeds2 chilliesOil
Braise together until the onions have browned
2 tomatoes (cubed)SaltDhanaFine jeeraRed chillie paste1 teaspoon tandoori powder/spice2 tablespoon tomato paste1 can butter beans in tomato sauce
Add all ingredients to the onions except the butter beansAllow to cook until tomatoes are mushy, add a but of water to keep mixture from dryingAdd 2 potatoes cubed and 1 carrot sliced, keep adding water until veg has cooked throughAdd in the can of butter beans and allow to cook furtherBefore adding in dumplings add in 2 Cup water, allow to boil then add dumplings and cook for 10mins with the lid closed until done

2 Cup flour4 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon butter1/2 Cup grated cheese Yoghurt
Form into a soft doughAllow to rest for about 20mins before adding to pot
